From 08:30 in the morning until 04:30 in the evening, excluding Fridays
(8 hours per day, subject to adjustment according to ALTANMYA Group policies).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and implement digital marketing campaigns for ALTANMYA Group, across various digital channels including email, social media, and SMS.
  • Manage social media content calendars.
  • Publish and follow up on social media posts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, and Instagram.
  • Create compelling copywriting for websites, blogs, videos, press releases and social media content.
  • Construct content for the websites and social media platforms, from the initial concept to the writing, editing, and approval phases.
  • Manage ALTANMYA Group's websites and social media accounts, handling publications, interactions, inquiries, and comments, and regularly updating content and data.
  • Manage visual content creation, including posts, motion graphics, infographics, and videos.
  • Plan and manage events, workshops, and annual conferences that accurately reflect the visual identity of ALTANMYA Group.
  • Create analytical reports on the effectiveness of each marketing and media campaign carried out by ALTANMYA Group companies and the current state of their social media pages.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports on digital campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Write and produce press releases for ALTANMYA Group events and news.
  • Arrange and carry out media interviews.
  • Conduct research and propose opportunities to expand into new channels.
  • Create and coordinate social media campaigns for clients.
  • Communicate with the admins of external pages and groups to publish content on their pages for the purpose of growing our clientele.
  • Examine external proposals for sponsorship or conference participation, and provide recommendations.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop designs that are consistent with ALTANMYA's brand and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Technical Competencies

  • Understanding of Marketing Principles.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Creative copywriting in Arabic and English.
  • Knowledge of web content trends and digital marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in computer programs: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Professional communication skills, both oral and written, in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to collaborate, plan, and work in a team.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of English and Arabic Grammar is a plus.
